Creations
_I: Recapitulating yesterday's topic in relation to how we create bonds, I wanted to finish being clear about the concept that attachments are part of a process of energy circulation. For what things do we need that energy that accumulates and we cannot let go?
_AM: The general process is simple. Everything you ingest and nourish your interior with, whether physical, emotional or mental, is something from which you obtain energy for your being. And with that energy you act towards the external, letting go of what you don't need, or giving something of yourself for others. As we said, on the physical plane you call it breathing, eating and drinking. Everything you consume has a useful energy load for your body, which is processed by your physique, absorbing that energy in the form of nutrients, proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc. And what the body does not need or cannot process is excreted. On the emotional level, you precisely receive emotions, whether negative or positive, that you share with another subject. You receive love, for example, and that love nourishes your being, absorbs what is necessary to give you the strength to move forward, and then you give the rest in the form of love or actions for the other. And on the mental level, you can receive information from someone, which you process inside yourself, nourishing yourself, transforming into your own mind, and then you give it as a new idea to others, sharing it from yourself. You can eat badly, feel badly and think badly just as you can eat well, feel well and think well, and the vibration of what you receive will determine what you are capable of giving. If you only eat dense and unhealthy things, the energy you get to act in your life will be from that dirty vibration. If you nourish yourself with painful situations, fighting environments, conflict, struggle, and many others, your energy will use it to act. And if you only observe dense, negative news and banal information, then you will have that information to deliver. This will work like this if you move from Unconsciousness, which does not allow you to see that you are capable of having control of your own ability to create. If you become aware, you can use that energy to transform it and create something new.
_I: And how do I know if I am conscious or unconscious to achieve this?
_AM: Easy, if you stand from the role of victim or victimizer, if you stand from the place of judgment and criticism or separation, of struggle, of hate and pain, sorrow or pride, then you are unconscious, more regardless of how many consciousness books you have read or courses you have taken. The Conscious is one who understands that everything that exists is like the waves in the sea, in which everything is one, and that it is just as responsible as all the other waves in the movement of the currents. Who sees that everything you call injustices are nothing more than energy imbalances. The conscious cannot see good and evil even if he understands the concepts of it, and unconditionally tries to seek balance and harmony between all energetic forces. He is neutral. Basically, the conscious is an electrician, and the unconscious is the one who believes that he can fix outlets with a metal fork.
_I: With this last sentence it became clear to me…
_AM: They both recognize that there is a problem: the power went out. But the unconscious, instead of going to the electricity control box, is the one that hits the TV, and moves the light knob up and down 20 times to see if it works again, furious. The Conscious looks for the Box of Light, and sees if the current has jumped. He goes to the origin to see the conflict, he does not get angry with the parts through which the light is expressed. What is the fault of household appliances? It's like when you get angry with politicians and say: "they are all the same." If politicians are all the same in the world, might it not be that what is wrong is the system, and not the politicians?
_I: It is understood. This is how one becomes compassionate towards tools and appliances. It is not the fault of the TV or the microwave that sparked and lost the light, but rather a drop or rise in voltage in the general system. If I try to balance it, the positive and negative currents will flow better. Give and Take would work. So, would the attachment be in considering the appliance the source of that energy?
_AM: Partly yes. When you look at your computer screen, it seems like it has all the information you work with. But it's not like that, it's in the cloud. But your mind considers that it is where you see and where you get what you are looking for. Therefore, you will be attached to your computer, believing that that is where what you need comes from. The same goes for what you consume physically, emotionally and mentally. The fear of losing makes you want to retain. The natural energy circuit is to receive, process, release and finally give. In this circuit, the energy received is transformed inside into food for the chakras (energy centers) and for the cells, which will lead to creative action. Everything you do, the strength you have to act, will arise from there, from what you have received. If you are unconscious, you will use the energy in the same vibration that you received it. If you are conscious, you will transform it by recognizing where it comes from and what you will use it for, and it will become useful in your creations. You release the excess, you let it go, and you share the product of your creation, you give it, you hand it over to continue the circuit. Attachment occurs when you find yourself unable to perform the complete circuit for fear of not receiving more energy: or for fear of dying of hunger, or fear of not being loved, or fear of new ideas. This leads you to retain the information received as much as possible, and at the same time, it makes you addicted to the same thing, believing that it is the only source of said energy, whether it is a specific food, a vice, or a type of relationship, or A belief.
_I: What is the purpose of that energy in my body?
_AM: That energy has the ultimate goal of creating. Everything you consume gives you energy to create: more cells, improve functioning, carry out actions, make a product, express art, produce something, have a child... Many things. The key to the energy circuit is Creation. If I maintain attachment to things, I will be unable to create new ones, because the energy will always be the same; and when it is held back, it will lead you to a depressive pit of inaction. Therefore, seeing yourself unable to generate anything, and thus, leading you to frustration.
_I: So it is essential to learn to give and receive correctly in order to create coherence.
_AM: It is essential to recognize how the circuit of giving and receiving, of uselessness and usefulness, works to identify where the attachments and detachments are, keys to understanding where the energies from which one can create are located, and there I can identify in my being everything in which I have been able to create and in which I have not.
_I: And what would we call this?
_AM: Achievements and Frustrations. Achievements are those objectives that we have set and that, after a process of actions in our life, we have managed to complete; and we feel fulfilled knowing that it has been possible. In a way, it means that you have managed to release that energy, that you have known how to use it. You have not held it back, and that has given you the freedom to generate and manifest.
_I: Frustrations are what we have the most problems with…
_AM: Frustration is the emotion that summarizes that retained energy that you have not known how to release, release, let go; Well, you haven't known how to use it to create. The creation process failed due to not knowing how to manage the energy that was received, thus generating an emotional crisis that blocks all your creative channels, leading you to the feeling of falling, of failure.
_I: So, let's see if I understood... The energy I receive is my food, from which I take nutrients to have the essence of energy with which to act to create something that I will give in exchange for what I receive. From there, there is a part that I return by releasing it to the middle. And I do not necessarily have to return it to the same origin from which I received it, since everything is one, and cosmic nature is responsible for putting everything in its place: universal structures always seek to keep spaces complete and in the greatest possible rest and balance. That being said, the energy that allows me to create can either circulate freely in me allowing me to fulfill my achievements, or (if I am attached to said energy), lead me to failure, and therefore frustration if I decide to accumulate it.
_AM: Exactly. And that is why you must identify what your achievements are and what your failures are in life, and this way you will know where you have blockages in your creative energy center, the Sacred.
_I: I made a long list of this, I have to say. Both failures and achievements in my life. I feel that I have been able to accomplish many of the things I have set out to do. Among my achievements are having been able to create a Network of Consciousness, having a good and healthy relationship with my parents, having stability in all senses of my life, buying a house while healing many family traumas, having become an educator... And many others, in contrast to a long list of failures, such as some love relationships, friends or family, not having finished university, not having been able to make the planetary trip as expected, and so many other things...
_AM: Take all this, and write it down well, recognize each one. Make the list with the title CREATIONS, and place two columns underneath: one for your Frustrations and another for your Accomplishments. Without judging the process, identify them, and this way you will be able to know where the stagnant energies of your creation are and those that flow allowing you to create.
_I: I recognize that frustration, then, is not something that has remained in the past, but rather it is an energy that I still do not know how to use or let go of, just as my achievements are not successes that I must count as facts, but rather as energy that is flowing in me and that I can use to continue creating.
_AM: Nothing exists stuck in the past. You have said well, you should not take your frustrations or achievements as a list of the past, but as a recognition of what is still in you, retained or flowing. When you know them, then we can get to work making them circulate in harmony again.
_I: Here and now, I allow myself to observe myself in what I am capable of creating, both in what I have achieved and in what I have failed.
_AM: Well, in both lies the energy that makes you be and that will transform you. With courage and will, take the brush and the colors, and start painting your world.
