Attributes
_I: From the energy that I produce from my sacrum, I obtain the basis of all my potentials to act. Is it that energy, then, that drives me to action?
_AM: Action is the ability to perform an act. Act comes from the Greek concepts "ágo," which means "I guide," and "agón," which means "to gather." Basically, the sense is to gather everything I have and direct it toward a destination. Therefore, the Latin term "actum" refers to setting something in motion. The energy received and anchored in the heart is processed and assimilated in the solar plexus, to then deliver that energy to the sacrum, which will produce what is sought, and all that generated is taken to a new destination, outward, through giving, releasing, delivering, putting oneself at service. And it does so through action, something that is related to the Root chakra.
_I: It would be like the embodiment or manifestation of what is generated within me with the energy received and assimilated by my being.
_AM: Exactly.
_I: How could we see this in our lives? Can you give an example?
_AM: Well, we can see it with what you do every day. Every morning you wake up, you set the intention to dedicate part of your energy to planetary service by going to the pyramid. You enter, climb up, meditate, and then expand the concept of the day to the entire Grid. You receive in this way the energy of the pyramid that amplifies your energy field connecting you with me, your Higher Self. So, when you return, you sit and write our conversations; this is the process of how you decode the received energy, translate it into your language, assimilate it, and make it part of you again. Then, you generate something new, which is this conversation. You publish it for yourself, although others will read it. And throughout the day, you recognize what you have created, you reread it... It's your product, which you created from energies received in the morning. Then, you take this information and put it into action: the daily alignments where you deliver what you have assimilated to thousands of people live. Their responses, love, and gratitude are the energy you receive that night, so that the next day, you can gather strength again to perform the action of going to the pyramid. It's a cycle.
_I: I understand, although sometimes I feel like I do it with more enthusiasm than others... Why is that?
_AM: Because action is a undulating energy that vibrates like the waves of the sea, it is not constant. To have inertia, it needs the moment of rest. Sleep and Awakening. The drop in tension and the rise in tension are necessary because light moves in a wave of positive and negative frequencies, short and long. This is what gives movement, momentum. Nothing moves in a constant upward line increasing its ascent or acceleration. The higher you go, the slower you will go because you will need much more force. That's why you need to come down, back down the slope.
_I: It's like a waveform graph where there is an elevation in height and a depression in descent to repeat the circuit over and over again, just as in the emotional plane we call the elevation euphoria and joy, and the descent depression and sadness. Do these also need to be repeated?
_AM: Yes. Just as for the heart, the energy circuit is to give and receive horizontally with the environment, in the root center, the energy circuit is ascending and descending, related to euphoria and depression. The more euphoria, the more depression; the more joy, the more sadness. And this is an inevitable cycle because, as I said, light energy moves in waves and spirals. For an object or energy to advance, the starting force and the fall of the descent are needed, because it is this last one that gives the momentum and speed to take the curve of the ascent and reach the peak. That's why every great success in your lives is directly related to a crisis or preceding failure. Crises are the keys to success, falls are the only thing that makes you recognize the fact of standing up.
_I: So feeling bad, tired, weak, sad, or depressed is not something to be avoided in life, but to know how to use...
_AM: You have in your culture an overvaluation regarding what it means to be happy and live happily. The incessant pursuit of happiness makes you flee from pain, from sorrow and anguish, denying them, taking them as the evil from which one must escape. Well, I'm sorry to say that you will never be able to escape from this circuit as long as you are living beings. But I will tell you that there are many ways to live through these curves.
_I: Like what, for example?
_AM: Let's go to the logical and simple. Take an extensive vibration wave. Like the one you see in the above image. The red line is the light spectrum. The frequency line (Hz) shows the colors perceived based on the speed at which that wave vibrates, that is, how often its ascents and descents repeat. The larger the object, the slower the frequency it emits, the lower the frequency, and the smaller the object, the shorter the frequency, it vibrates much faster, and the ascents and descents are increasingly rapid. The faster it vibrates, like the Atomic Nucleus at the end of the graph, it may happen that the atomic structure breaks, dissolving it and thus generating Nuclear Fusion. This produces the famous nuclear energy, which is so good for creating energy, and so bad for living organisms, as it disrupts their harmony. Now, as you can see, life is a constant of energy waves with ups and downs at different frequencies. You can also compare it to a heartbeat reader, where you see the pulse on a graph. The ups and downs of the graph indicate the pulse of the heart expanding and contracting, but if it only contracts or only expands, it is called a heart attack. And a graph where you only see a straight line is called Death.
_I: It's clear... And how would this look in our lives?
_AM: So imagine now that each convex peak in the red line is happiness and the concave curves are depression. The more frequency there is between spaces, like at the beginning of the image's line, the process will be slow and invisible, I won't be able to relate where my depression comes from, or why I feel the way I feel, because there is a long stretch of time to go up and down. Toward the middle of the graph, we can see that there is a certain harmony, in every attitude, action, I can identify the moments of descent. I know what things affect me day by day, what makes me happy, and what makes me sad. But toward the end of the line, we can interpret that your pursuit of happiness is exacerbated, always trying to be up, through euphoria rather than joy, shortening the deadlines, the frequencies, between ups and downs, deepening them more and more, leading you to a state of euphoria and depression so fast that they seem to be both two parallel and constant lines. And this is toxic, it's nuclear fusion, it destroys life. In denying one of the two forces, you end up empowering it to destroy your reality, giving it its own identity. That's how you fall into depression or euphoria, and you need drugs to feed them because you can no longer generate your own energy to sustain them.
_I: So, I must recognize that both of them help me move forward, not just one, but both, both drive me like the heartbeat. How do I recognize them?
_AM: The convex curves, the peaks of the wave, are called "Strengths," and the concave ones, the depressions of the wave, are called "Weaknesses." Just as the usefulness in the giving of the heart is what I can give to others of myself, and the uselessness in my heart is what I allow myself to receive from others to allow the correct functioning of the circuit, understanding the strengths and weaknesses in my actions allows identifying the Root energy circuit. Both make up your Attributes.
_I: What is the difference between Attribute and Quality?
_AM: A Quality is a property considered inherent, natural, and original to an individual. An Attribute is something acquired through experience and assimilation of energy in your process of evolution and personal growth. Just as there are negative and positive qualities, there are also positive and negative attributes, skills that can be considered acquired in experience that harm oneself or others, but when properly utilized, they have the expected effect.
_I: Like what, for example?
_AM: Being a dictator is an attribute, even if it's not the best one. Being a murderer is an attribute since it achieves its goal effectively like the dictator, although they are distortions.
_I: And then, what are the strengths?
_AM: It is what you recognize in yourself, which precisely makes you feel strong and present in yourself when it comes to acting. The pulse you have to act. The attributes you have acquired throughout your life are what enable you to act with total presence and integrity.
_I: For example, I wrote down that one of my strengths is not having fears, and allowing myself to cry in front of others without hiding what I feel.
_AM: Although society interprets "crying" as a weakness, sometimes it is stronger to allow oneself to express what one feels than to hide what one is going through for fear of breaking. There, pretending to be strong when one is feeling bad is not a strength, but a weakness.
_I: Then what are the weaknesses?
_AM: They are the attributes that define you when it comes to acting but weaken your personal stability.
_I: For example, I wrote down: being self-critical, being lazy, being naive, doing what others want so they don't get angry... Among others.
_AM: If instead of fighting against them, thinking that falling is like failing in life, you use these moments as a process of introspection, self-analysis, consciously knowing that it is a time you must take for yourself of inaction before action, then you will save the energy you use in the battle against the fall, and you will use it as the push that will propel you to the peak.
_I: The goal of life is not to find Happiness, then...
_AM: Of course not, the goal of life is to live in Harmony. Free yourself from the magical and poetic cultural romanticism that keeps people suffering all year to earn two weeks of holiday euphoria, or that longing to strive to have moments of glory in success, the euphoria of having achieved it. That's not life. Life is harmony, it's day by day, step by step, ups and downs. Find the right frequency in your wavelength, and you will find stability, where your attributes of strength and weakness, both, will be your steps forward acting on the path of life.
_I: I recognize my weaknesses...
_AM: ...And so you will make the leap to your strengths.
