Am I?
_I: For all the questions, I think each explanation has led us back to something fundamental, and that is that the answer always lies within oneself, in the mind that chooses, in the perception of things... So, everything that happens is because of oneself, because of me, because of my thoughts, even if it remains difficult to separate the idea of myself as a personality, and myself as a being.
_AM: It is fundamental to emphasize and remember time and time again the difference between both types of Self. The Ego is the existence of the essence.
_I: What would that be like?
_AM: As we have said, the attribute of Being is the Essence, the quality of the verb "to be." Essence = Ess (to be) ent (subject) ia (quality). When someone steps out of the quality of being, they externalize themselves from their center to the periphery, they depart from their natural state, that is to say: "to exist," from "ex" = outside, "stare" = to be. The Self (derived from the Indo-European languages "ego", deforming into "eo", "eu", "io", "ia", "ih", "i", or also "ao", "aha", "ás", "és", "am"), is the expression, that is, the subject who frees himself from internal pressure, to open up to the possibilities of existence, to move around the periphery of being, and thus find options of oneself. The main function of the Ego, of the Self, is to seek options, to become other things that are not the Self, to nourish the self with experiences.
_I: It's the one who lives existence while the Being, the Essence, observes.
_AM: For this reason, the Ego is useful to creation, for it is the one who exists, who moves away from himself to find infinite possibilities, nourishing himself with experiences and adventures that will shape the tools for creation, recreation, and expansion.
_I: What is the other version of the Ego?
_AM: The one that doesn't remember why it stepped out of itself, the one that forgot why it did so, the one that forgot the reason for its existence, and therefore became its own center, constituting tools and experiences as its only truth, losing connection with the essence, and trying to construct its own reality based on believing itself to be the center of all things. One is the Ego that steps out of the essence to nourish it with experiences, the other is the same Ego that stepped out but forgot why it did so, and doesn't know how to return to the center. Humans are accustomed to the lost ego, the one that judges itself; they consider it an impediment to finding essence and truth. The ego, synonymous with personality, hinders clear sight of divine answers, and decorates them with mental (beliefs), emotional (traumas), and physical (customs) preconceptions. But all that decoration are useful tools for the original idea of the Ego, which set out to find them to evolve.
_I: The problem of the ego has been the pursuit of the tool as an end and not as a means.
_AM: Therefore, you must ask yourself all the questions again, but with a specific purpose: Yourself.
_I: What am I?
_AM: A set of particles emerged from waves that move through the constants of time and space, and have manifested in the third dimension in the form of networks constituted by an intelligent exchange of data, typical of the universal mind.
_I: Why am I?
_AM: Because the essence is, but cannot have been and intended to be something else. The only way the essence can manifest itself is by stepping out of itself, and you are that unique outlet it has found to understand and manifest itself, you are existence itself.
_I: What am I for?
_AM: To discover each of the potentialities of existence, to feel every idea become reality, to feel every energy become emotion and feeling, to enjoy every manifestation in the pleasure of experiencing it. To nourish the universe with wisdom, and to make yourself capable of becoming a new universe.
_I: Which am I?
_AM: The one you choose to be. And you have chosen based on your qualities, your vibrations, resonances. The choice of who you are occurs because of what you vibrate, because you become what vibrates within you. You choose which of all the options you are based on tuning into the vibration of the being you comprise. This means transforming your inner world, changing attitudes, spaces, relationships, environments, routines, diet, intentions, projects, paths... You have always decided which of all your qualities you are, you just have to allow yourself to accept the qualities within you.
_I: Who am I?
_AM: You are the subject who observes creation, who determines the manifestation of each particle, you are the one who gives meaning to existence, who decides the future based on your present, who heals your past based on your attitude. You are the one who decides to live from unconsciousness or consciousness, you are the one who has embarked on the adventure of living, you are the subject of each object, you are the one who gives meaning to the verb in action.
_I: How am I?
_AM: All the tools you have gathered in your history, genetics, emotions, traumas, experiences, cellular memory, beliefs, ideas, preconceptions, feelings, attitudes, and aptitudes; all of this has defined your personality, which does not define who you are, but how you are. Everything you consider to constitute your being today, does not do so, but molds it for a specific moment in a specific space. The way you are today is what you need for who you are today. Don't judge how you are, but learn to use it for your existence and manifestation. Everyone is as they should be, based on what, why, for what, which, and who.
_I: How much am I?
_AM: You are as much as the universe needs. You are as much as is necessary for existence to be possible. Your tiny existence makes a difference, for the smallest particle of your body occupies a sacred space in totality. The space and time your projections occupy, the weight of your gravity, is the value that quantifies consciousness. You are as much as the mind of the universe needs to know itself. You are everything and you are nothing, and therefore, you are worth everything and you are worth nothing. Thus, each of your breaths counts in cosmic expansion.
_I: When am I?
_AM: In every instant. For time is nothing more than the relativity of your existence between everything and nothing. You are infinite. You are in the past, present, and future, for your essence encompasses all probabilities of existence; and your Ego, revolving around the Essence like the Moon around the Earth, like the Earth around the Sun, has fragmented into infinity to live each moment, and look every time in the eyes. Therefore, your cells live each day as if it were today, and your mind interprets projects in each moment imagining them as if they were already before you. You are your ancestors, and the potential of your futures, and so you live eternally, for your atoms never disappear, but transform, and you will do so eternally.
_I: Where am I?
_AM: In every particle of the cosmos, in every wave, for each tiny part of you is the manifestation of a projection of the infinite possibilities of a single particle that isn't even a particle, but a wave that has decided to behave as such; and a wave is like a wave in the sea, emerging and submerging again and again in the infinity of the ocean. The place you believe you are in does not exist, for every place is the same, extended over time throughout space. You are Here, for it is the only thing that exists, and no matter where you go, you will always be where you should be.
_I: Am I Me?
_AM: You are You... I Am.
_I: Why me? I always wondered this... Why am I me? Am I the one who should be doing this? Isn't there anyone better to do what I'm doing? Why me? That question we often ask ourselves. Out of the billions of humans that exist, why me? Am I really me?
_AM: Why the Earth out of trillions of planets? Why the Sun out of billions of stars? Why the Milky Way out of millions of galaxies? The answer is simple: Because it is so.
_I: Is it so?
_AM: So, is an adverb of manner, an answer to the question "how?". "It is so," defines the ways in which what is affirmed is, that which is firm, in axis, in its center. It implies, therefore, that the reasons why one person or another lives what they live, are not determined by a higher mind that points with a finger at people, souls, or spirits, but it is the own vibrational state, historical baggage, genetic and experiential, that has modified your forms to be resonant with what you do, say, feel. And what you are is the Truth. What the universal mind believes of you, is what it creates in you. And you are the only being capable of accepting that truth, for you constitute it in your forms. When you ask yourself "Am I Me? Why me?" The answer will always be:
_I: It is so.
_AM: And a final point is missing from your statement. "Amen," from Hebrew "amn": so be it, it is true. Inspire, and say it without doubts.
_I: In the name of I AM... Amen.
